Kidney Support Gummies — Cranberry, Astragalus, Dose on the Label
"Kidney support" is one of the least regulated phrases in the supplement aisle. So here is the whole formulation, laid out, with the dose of each ingredient next to it.
The full panel
- Cranberry extract — standardised to proanthocyanidins, the fraction the research actually uses. Concentrated juice powder is cheaper and is not the same thing.
- Astragalus root — stated as an extract ratio.
- Dandelion root, uva ursi, corn silk — the traditional trio, included at honest amounts rather than as label decoration.
- Vitamin B6 — at the level used in the literature, not a token 10% of an RDA.
Why a gummy here
Kidney-support blends are usually herbal capsules taken two or three times a day with a full glass of water — and the full glass of water is the part that actually matters. A once-a-day gummy is easier to keep to, which is why we chose the format even though the ingredient list is herbal.

If you have kidney disease, reduced kidney function or take a diuretic or lithium, this is a supplement to clear with your nephrologist, not to buy on your own. Cranberry concentrates and potassium-containing herbs are not neutral in that context.
